Job description

Ecocleen Services Ltd is a fast-paced, forward-thinking commercial cleaning company looking to recruit an operations support administrator with bags of enthusiasm and an ability to hit the ground running. We believe in hard work, team spirit and putting the customer first with Passionate Service Delivery. Re-organisation within our Head Office at Henley has created this exciting new role.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and regional offices.
  • Manage a range of tasks vital to the smooth running of our business with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Produce management reports.
  • Resolve queries.
  • Order supplies and equipment.
  • Schedule jobs for our specialist cleaning team.
  • Maintain the company databases.
  • Daily contact with staff in our offices across the UK so be prepared for various regional accents!


Candidates should be proactive and self-motivated individuals with skills and experience in business administration. You will be comfortable working under your own initiative and be willing to turn your hands to anything that needs doing, as well as helping the rest of the Team (if required) to get the work done on time. Some overtime maybe required. The operations support administrator will need to have excellent IT and organisational skills. You will be expected to refine processes, suggest new ideas and evolve the position. Don’t apply if you hate having fun at work. Attitude counts more than experience.

Full time, 37 hours a week, £16,000-£20,000 p.a. immediate start
