Job description
EBG Helicopters are seeking an individual to join their Aircraft Charter/Accounts team at Redhill Aerodrome. We’re seeking a junior candidate with a mature attitude who is prepared to work in a busy environment. Candidates must be flexible, prepared to work hard and very occasionally outside office hours.
Whilst previous experience within an airline operations environment is not required, ideal candidates must be computer literate (MS Word, Outlook & Excel), have excellent communication skills, particularly a confident telephone persona and be able to multi-task.Working knowledge of social media and web design would be helpful (Twitter, Facebook & WordPress).
Based on a busy Airfield in the Surrey Countryside the ideal candidate will be joining a friendly team based in our helicopter maintenance hangar. Full training will be provided. The role will consist of the following duties and responsibilities:
- Creating quotes and liaising with customers by telephone and in person
- Flight booking, liaising with Airports, Hotels and private sites
- Scheduling aircraft and pilots
- Processing of post/pre-flight paperwork
- Flight planning using approved software (training will be provided)
- General office duties (data entry, filing, etc)
- Providing administrative support to the Accounts Department & Credit Chasing
Standard working hours are 08:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday.
