As Yield Manager the opportunities are huge. You will be responsible to execute and develop the B2C yield strategy by day active display management, analysis and allocation across various ad tech platforms. As such your day to day activities include optimizingyield on display, providing advice to the sales team and defining price strategy. In this role you will be closely working together with ad operations and data analysis. You will report into the Manager Display & Programmatic Advertising.
In order to be successful in this role you will have a 1-2 years of working experience with a digital an online publisher. You have experience with SSPs, DMPs and other relevant ad tech solutions. You will have strong analytical capabilities with good commercial insights and a lot of positive energy to help us bring our activities to the next level.
Key accountabilities of this role are:
· Optimize yield & ROI from Marktplaats programmatic advertising stack.
· Active management of floor pricing, fill rates and allocation.
· Identify opportunities to optimize Marktplaats inventory and tech stack set up.
· Continuously test display strategies, analyse results and report on these results.
· Being the programmatic sell-side expert within the Marktplaats organization.
· Being the expert within Marktplaats on data and how to use this to create additional value.
· Create and execute the display pricing strategy.
· Actively provide insights and advise to the Markplaats sales team.
Preferred Qualifications
· Passionate about digital advertising, data and optimization.
· Understand data, ability to work independently with data sets and the ability to challenge analysts.
· Ability to combine strategic thinking with being pragmatic, result-driven and strong focus on execution.
· Enjoy cooperation across businesses, and ability to establish strong relationships across levels and functions
Job Requirements
· Master degree in Economics, Business, Econometrics or equivalent.
· Strong analytical skills.
· 1-2 years of experience in yield management for a leading publisher.
· Hands-on experience with SSPs and DMPs.
· You have a proven track record in yield management.
· Ability to identify previously unidentified business opportunities.
