·  Managing the General Ledger for some legal entities
·  Supporting the monthly close process as well as the internal and statutory reporting activities
·  Managing intercompany activities between various sites
·  Maintaining proper reconciliation of all G/L accounts and integrity of financial statements
·  Supervising the processing activities of our outsourced group of accountants in India
·  Confirming proper treatment and compliance of all accounting transactions and policies
·  Coordinating with the in-country Finance Managers for proper accounting at shared services level for their sites specific activities such as Payroll, Accruals, Revenues contracts, Advertising contracts etc.
·  Coordinating with other Stakeholders (Tax, Treasury, Corporate Accounting) for proper consideration of corresponding transactions

Analysing and reviewing the monthly financial statements with the respective Finance Manager
