We are looking for a Fulfilment Operation Manager for our distribution center who manage center operation, develop process by analyzing related data. The successful candidate might have great understanding of the online market as well as job experiences in Commerce industry. Good documentation / presentation skills are also preferred.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibility ( 상세 직무)
· Operate / Manage distribution center operation & set / manage operation KPI
· Manage CS for sellers / buyers
· Develop & Improve operation process of the center
· Analyze related data in order to improve operation efficiency
· 물류센터 운영 전반 및 KPI 관리 (입고, 출고, 반품, 반출 등)
· 셀러(화주사) 및 운영사 관리, 셀러 및 바이어 CS 대응
• · 센터 운영 데이터 분석 및 활용을 통한 운영 효율성 제고
Key Requirements ( 필수 요구사항)
· At least 3~8 years of job experiences (At least 2 years of center operation experiences)
· Based in Yong-in region
· Bachelor and above
· Related experience in B2C / On-off retailers
· Good communication skills
· 총 경력 3-8년 (물류센터 운영업무 2년 이상)
• · 4년제 대졸 이상
· B2C 물류 혹은 온/오프라인 유통업체 물류센터 근무경험자 우대
