We are looking for a Content Strategist who is passionate about understanding consumers' intents and behaviors as a customer-centric, data-driven marketer, and translating them into a strong integrated marketing strategy and plan. The successful candidate will lead a team of content developers, in close partnerships with merchants, marketing managers and SEO team to drive eBay's content strategy infused with a holistic marketing point of view and achieve business goals by maximizing the commercial impact of content via owned, earned and paid media.
The Content Strategist will lead our content curation, content marketing efforts and the development / production of engaging customer service content for the eBay ecosystem of products and services. You will be responsible for assessing content opportunities and leading the content strategies that deliver an engaging user experience; in addition to targeting your strategizing efforts to best account for eBay brand characteristics, goals, initiatives and budget.
This role offers a strong intersection of marketing intuition & content strategy, consumer insights & analytics, campaign tactical & creative execution and product experience.

Job Requirements
In order to be successful in this role you will need to have:
· Well-rounded marketing Skill Set: digital marketing, analytics, business and communications
· SEO-infused focus
· A minimum of 7-10 years managing and growing content performance via marketing
· Agency and client side experience
