Eaton has an opening for a Production Operator on 3rd shift in Forest City, NC.

Primary Job Function:
The Pan Cure Cell Level One position operates production equipment to manufacture hydraulic hose and has two main components to the job including, but not limited to:  
Finishing
Braid

In addition, the operator participates as an effective member of a production workgroup, as well as on various teams including, but not limited to, 5S, TPM, and cross-functional teams. Maintains a safe, clean and orderly work environment through effective housekeeping, 5S and TPM practices.

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)

Basic Qualifications:
- HS Diploma/GED from an accredited institution
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship
- Relocation not included - must live within the immediate geographical area (50 miles) to be considered.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience preferred
 
Position Criteria:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills/teaming ability
- Ability to learn computer transactions
- Ability to learn and successfully operate production equipment
