Eaton, Located in Cleveland, TN, has an opening for an Office Coordinator. This position will report to the HR Manager, but will work with and support to various levels of the organization. This position will be responsible for maintaining the employee training program. This position will coordinate and manage administrative responsibilities for the Human Resources department as well as coordinate key plant events and meetings. This position will provide administrative support to Plant Staff as needed. Work is performed under general supervision and requires incumbent to exercise independence, discretion and confidentiality.
Essential Functions:
· Perform assigned tasks to support operations with training administration
· Provide oversight and guide employee training program (Maintain Cross Training Matrix)
· Onboard Contingent workers and assist Sr. HR Generalist with New Employee Orientation
· Manage local HR programs
· Provide daily HR assistance to employees.
· Provide telephone coverage for the Human Resource Department.
· Coordinate meetings and special events
· Manage HR Vendor/Supplier Accounts
· Oversee overall office supplies for HR Department.
· Record, file, and maintain employee records and other documents associated with Human Resources.
· Coordinate accommodations for visitors.
· Coordinate meetings and special events
· Coordinate and complete special projects as assigned by Human Resources and/ or plant staff.
· Ensure confidential, discreet handling of confidential/proprietary information and tact and initiative in contacts with company employees and management.
Desired profile
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
Basic Qualifications:
•High School Diploma or GED
•Minimum 2 years of executive administrative experience.
•No relocation benefit is offered for this position candidates must reside within a 50 mile radius of this location.
•Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualification
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite ( Outlook, Word, PowerPoint,& Excel)
