Creative Shared Services Center at Eaton, for its operations at Kharadi, Pune, is looking for 3D and Multimedia Manager who will lead 3D and Multimedia design team. Individual will supervise the work of Creative Shared Services Center team 3D designers and bring 3D design expertise to the team’s development of 3D illustrations and animations for clients Eaton’s Creative Shared Services Center. The job responsibilities shall include: A. Become part of the Pune CSSC management team B. Lead the development of 3D stills and animations and multimedia for use on Eaton websites and off-line interactive displays (e.g., touch screens) and non-interactive displays (e.g., lenticulars) C. Design and develop 3D stills and animations and multimedia for use on Eaton websites and off-line interactive displays and non-interactive displays D. Manage and contribute insight to the design process of CSSC 3D projects E. Mentor 3D Designer subordinates and help them manage their project output F. Attend project team meetings with Eaton staff G. Become a brand ambassador for Eaton H. Document and retain assets in the Eaton Communications & Brand Center I. Support Tech Days and other trade shows with static and interactive 3D displays J. Work with Pune Web Design peers to integrate 3D designs with interactive Flash and/or HTML5 components for Eaton websites K. Work with Pune MarCom Design peers to develop communication materials.

Desired profile

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required

• Formal education in 3D design, animation, multimedia, or related field

• 7 to 10 years of experience in the 3D design field

• Proven experience and success in leading a 3D design team

• A leader, yet also “hands on” and can balance spending approximately 50% of his/her time on projects

• Must have extensive knowledge of 3D illustration and animation software, such as 3D Max, and the application of CAD and acquired image files to 3D illustrations and animations

• Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is needed

• Will be trained in basic Oracle UCM use.

• Will be trained in the use of Eaton’s Communications & Brand Center
