Recruitment Consultant – No Cold Calling

Salary: £18K - £22K Basic + Uncapped Commission (£32,500 - £34,500 Year 1 OTE, £45000 Year 2 OTE)
Location: Strixton, Northants (We have staff from: Bedford, Olney, Kettering, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Wellingborough, Rushden etc)

Do you have strong recruitment skills but are fed up cold calling to win new clients?    

We are looking for recruitment consultants who would be able to secure and fill new vacancies from our existing client base.

For the last 10 years EasyWeb Recruitment has been helping clients to solve their recruitment challenges by providing flat fee recruitment services and our own Applicant Tracking System.
EasyWeb Agency is the latest division of EasyWeb Recruitment.   In 2015 we launched our dedicated agency division, helping clients to source and place quality candidates for those vacancies not suited to the flat fee model.

This means in most cases we already have the relationships in place meaning cold calling is not required. So whilst we believe that recruitment is a “contact sport” we ask our consultants to spend their time talking to existing clients and potential candidates. That’s right we actively discourage cold calling. Given our position it is simply wasted effort.

The office atmosphere is relaxed – we are all grown-ups here & do what’s needed to bring the revenue in. Financial targets yes, but minimum KPI’s & no micro management.

We have business development teams that source new clients. When these clients are secured you will be tasked with working with them to help source applicants for roles where they deem they need the assistance of an agency.

We don’t do suits, except for client site visits (we encourage these). It is far from your typical alpha male sales environment with our account managers being a fairly even split of males & females who come from a broad range of different backgrounds.
