Job description

We are an agency dedicated to short term lettings located in London and Paris. We offer great property management service to busy people. We work very closely with Airbnb and other short term booking platform to advertise and rent out the properties we manage.

Mission
Assist the Guest Services Manager answering guests’ enquiries, dash across London / Paris / Milan, meet and greet, manage our concierge services, check-out/inventory, manage the suppliers (cleaning and laundry companies, handymen, etc.). Your main objective is to keep guests happy and the operation moving-in. You will hit the ground running and take on responsibility from day one

Contract: Internship, starting asap

Desired profile

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, flexible intern with great presentation and problem solving skills. Willing to work in a fast paced start up, comfortable getting your hands dirty and taking on a variety of tasks. Self-assured and able enough to work with a very broad range of personalities. Practical by nature, with an organized mind and stamina to keep up the pace.
