Residential Valuation Surveyor (RICS Registered Valuer)

e.surv Chartered Surveyors is the country's largest provider of residential valuation services, which means we do more valuations for lenders than any other surveyor in the UK. Put into numbers, we complete one valuation every four minutes.

We're part of the LSL Property Services PLC Group of companies, which includes household names YOUR MOVE and Reeds Rains, as well as the mortgage broker network First Complete. We work with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities and estate agents in addition to private customers.

We are currently looking to recruit experienced surveyors and registered valuers to become part of our team across the UK. Applicants will need to be RICS registered valuers with at least 1 years post qualification experience of residential surveying, including EPCs, Home Buyer Reports, Building Surveys and Mortgage Valuations. If you enjoy a challenge you may also be offered the opportunity to coach and mentor within our graduate scheme.

Our Surveyors are home based and you will be provided with all of the equipment required to work from a home office, including company car or car allowance for employed posts.

We welcome applications from individuals interested in full or part time employment. Applications are also invited from those seeking opportunities on a Consultancy or Zero Hours basis.

The e.surv incentive scheme will allow you to earn a top up on the basis of your survey volumes and enables some of our high performing surveyors to earn in excess of £100k.
