Responsibilities ·Support the HR Controlling & Planning Services team for Hungary in the HR Business Services Center in Berlin ·Deliver standard and ad-hoc HR reports & calculations (e.g. headcount/FTE, personell costs, working time) ·Support HR midterm planning and forecasts ·Maintain data input for HR Controlling & Planning tools ·Support continuous improvement activities Qualifications ·Study of Business Administration or other relevant field of study ·First experience from internships and/or other jobs ·Very good knowledge in MS Excel ·Analytical skills in terms of data and figures ·Very good communication and team working skills ·Drive, enthusiasm, high energy ·Business fluency in Hungarian mandatory, very good English knowledge, German NOT required! Additional Information: ·Working hours: 15-20 per week ·Initial contract is for 6 months with the intention to extend
