Job description

Responsibilities ·Application ownership for Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions at E.ON ·Coordination of maintenance and support for the relevant technical solutions in the responsibility of E.ON Business Services (EBS) in alignment with the sourcing partners ·Maintenance and support of all interfaces between Identity and Service providers ·Understand and balance business requirements and IAM needs and reflect this in design decisions and architectures/solutions (prevention, detection and reaction) ·Implement service and platform elements delivering IAM solutions ·Design and build additions to the application and service-facing components of IAM for greater integration and interoperability, as well as business workflow implementation ·Directing project coordination for IAM installations and configurations ·Developing process flows, procedures and organizational change documentation during IAM implementation and management ·Report creation and ensure policy and standards alignment between EBS and service providers ·Define, maintain and implement IAM services catalogue at EBS and defining approach for measuring the operational effectiveness of IAM service providers Qualifications ·Academic degree in technical or business studies ·Significant international experience in the IT sector and IT Security ·Demonstrable experience of working in utilities or financial services or other information sensitive business/es, especially with regards to risk management and strategic thinking and planning. ·Fundamental competence and proven track record in major important system families like MS (on premise and MS azure), SAP (on premise and SAP cloud) and solutions like Ping Identity, SailPoint, ForgeRock ·Proven track record with standards like FIDO, SAML, OAUTH, UMA ·Ability to approach problems from an IT security perspective coupled with sound business know-how. ·Highly developed communication skills ·Intercultural competence and international orientation ·Fluent English language skills, fluent German skills optional ·Business travel expected Note: The position is also posted in Sweden (ID: 24441) and UK (ID: 25601).
