Accounts Payable Associate

Job description

Responsibilities

·  Process incoming invoices, reminders, final demands according to the process documentation
·  Check payments proposals
·  Handles e-mails and calls from business units and vendors
·  Performs other specific Accounts Payable related activities as required by the Team Leader
·  Contributes towards improvement initiatives
·  Ensures targets and KPIs are met
·  Maintains process documentations (DTPs)
·  Maintains the relationship with the customers and Accounting Business Partner by participating in regular calls
·  Participates in other process related meetings

Desired profile

Qualifications

Education / Training: High School or University Degree (Economic studies represent an advantage)

Professional Experience:

·  Basic knowledge of principles, practices, regulations, and proce-dures as they relate to purchasing and accounts payable.
·  Knowledge of the application of data processing techniques to accounting systems:AP and SAP knowledge preferred.

Languages:

·  English is a must (advanced level)
