And we're continuing to grow. Due to an internal promotion, we're looking for an ambitious and passionate Graduate who wants to start their career in Marketing.

This role sits within the GB Customer Marketing Team, which is responsible for maximising profitable retail activity. This role will support the GB Customer Marketing Manager on the management and strategy for a number of retailer accounts, covering Instore, Online, Catalogue & TV environments.

This is what we need you to do:

1. Establish, develop and maintain strong relationships:


  • Support Customer Marketing Accounts Managers with retailer marketing activities, ensuring design, budgets and time lines are adhered to

  • Work closely with Customer Business managers to support Joint Business Plans and assist with the execution of new activities

  • Build relationships with Retailer in-store & online marketing teams or retailer agencies to understand their issues & to develop opportunities to grow sales.


2. Plan, drive, review & benchmark retailer performance:


  • Manage campaign implementation in-store working closely with the Field Service Operations Manager find swift resolutions and ensure full compliance

  • Work with retailers to identify & implement opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell both within the Dyson range and within the category to Dyson

  • Support retailers with campaign ideas & materials when new Dyson products are launched.

  • Create 2D & 3D briefs, manage through to go-live by working with the Creative team and Business account managers

  • Review in-store compliance reports, highlighting issues with suggested solutions

  • Work with retailers to develop user generated content to drive traffic and increase conversion

  • Work with retailers to implement digital plans aimed at driving customer loyalty, incremental sales and repeat purchase

  • Undertake monthly retailer site audits retailer to benchmark progress against Digital Scorecard metrics

  • Review activity performance to assess Return On Investment and help guide approach to future activity


Best Practice:


  • Share ideas for execution across all markets

  • Work closely with Group Retail to ensure cost efficiencies through bulk ordering

  • Prepare and deliver account marketing presentations for both DSM, RDM and Sales Operation meetings

  • Make recommendations on & drive forward the development of the retailer toolkit as a tool for Account Managers and retailer clients. Inclusion of rich media assets.

  • Oversee POS stock by account and campaign, ensuring sufficient volumes whilst maintaining budget allocation

  • Maintain the POS central ordering system, ensuring the online catalogue is up to date with volumes and images

  • Drive retailer compliance instore through the development and management of VM guides; ensuring both RDMs and Dyson Demonstrators understand what best practice should look like

  • Required to cover Account Marketing Executive during annual leave and support Account Marketing Manager during these times


Finance


  • Raise POs and keep tracker updated. Work closely with POS Warehouse teams to destroy old POS and reduce storage costs

  • Support Customer Marketing Manager with the yearly trackers, ensuring budgets are up to date for monthly review
