We want people for our Contact Centre who aren't afraid to do things differently, too.

This is what we need you to do….

Working on our helpline you'll be a first point of contact for Dyson owners, resolving customer enquiries over the phone and using opportunities to highlight our new technology and products. You'll do this whilst demonstrating both professionalism and passion for helping our customers get the most out of their machines, developing your skills and becoming part of our success.

This is what we need you to have….

Experience in a contact centre customer service or customer facing position preferred. You will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a target driven environment. A good educational background or equivalent is required as well as a strong ability to communicate effectively, good PC skills are also necessary.

Dyson offers an enjoyable working atmosphere, competitive salary and bonus scheme and benefits package. The Dyson Contact Centre is based in Malmesbury, Wiltshire. We have full time, permanent roles available starting from June throughout the year. The Contact Centre is open 7 days a week, 8am - 8pm, Monday - Friday and 8am - 6pm at the weekends.
