Role:

·  Lead/Support DXC Architecture Office Programs driving transformational change in DXC and Clients operating model
·  Lead adoption of DXC Best Practices, develop supporting artefacts
·  Lead/Support the development and roll out of DXC Agile Architecture Framework
·  Support and Guide Offerings / next generation technologies. Assess its fit to address business requirements and to provide end to end solutions and business capabilities
·  Define & document high-level and contribute to low-level Reference Architecture and Patterns
·  Define & document cross-application integration architecture design
·  Partner with DXC architects/technologists to define & coordinate technical design and project delivery
·  Collaborate & work in a Distributed Development team environment & enable successful delivery
·  Provide architecture and design consulting to cross functional IT teams
·  Manage/Develop key architectural standards, best practices, and guidelines working with leads on cross-functional platforms/applications
·  Research upcoming technology trends and educate IT
·  Create reusable architecture artefacts to support future reuse in DXC
·  Develop Reference architectures and patterns in highly collaborative systems

Required Skills and Experience:

·  10+ years of Experience in IT Industry, defining and solutioning client systems
·  Working experience with design and development of Platforms
·  Ability to talk to customers in the language of business, managers of all levels, business analysts and developers in their languages
·  Work with different people from different areas, rapidly changing demands or even with changing business environments
·  Ability to represent an abstract problem in the form of some finite real object of the system, which can be evaluated, designed and developed
·  Ability to lead the Engineering teams, which may be distributed and composed of very different specialists
·  Ability to analyze and critically assess problems
·  Ability to see the big picture as well as giving attention to the smallest detail
