Role and Responsibilities
Desktop Support
· Hardware break/fix repair on desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile device(iOS)
· Software installations, repairs, reconfigurations, troubleshooting
· Microsoft Windows 10, SCCM, AD, Bitlocker
· Microsoft Office 365 suite
· McAfee troubleshooting
· Peripheral installations
Infrastructure Support
· SMART Hands & Eyes support
· Network console setup
· Light printer repair – clear jams, change toners, fusers, maintenance kits
· Network patching
· IPT Phone support
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· CompTIA A+,
· Bachelors or 3-5 years information technology support in professional environment
· Lenovo hardware repair certification a plus, not required
Preferred Skills
· Windows 10 – SCCM builds
· HP printer repair
· Lenovo support
· Detail oriented
Additional Notes
Minneapolis, MN site is strictly N ext B usiness D ay dispatch – not an on-site position . Must be available NBD to support location. No travel, minimal after hours/weekend or OT required.
