Required Qualifications

·  Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
·  Twelve or more years of client relationship and consulting sales and delivery experience at a leading consulting firm, primarily focused at Consumer Goods industry, serving large and multi-national clients. Retail industry experience is a strong plus, but the primary requirement is a deep expertise in CPG.
·  Strong client and ecosystem network in the CPG industries
·  Demonstrated ability to close deals, coupled with strong delivery background
·  Strong understanding of CPG and Retail industry value chains, business processes and technology and business best practices
·  Demonstrated thought leadership and consulting delivery experience in key domains such as digital customer experience, brand and product management, demand planning, trade promotions management, omnichannel, sales and distribution, order and returns management, merchandising and store operations, and digital commerce.
·  Strong understanding and working experience with key enabling capabilities and technologies such as advanced analytics, artificial intelligence and cognitive automation, internet of things, cloud, and agile delivery methods.
·  Ability to directly engage with and deliver consulting projects at C-level

·  Ability to publicly represent company with clients and other external entities
·  Ability to think strategically, balancing long and short-term priorities
·  Ability to travel 80%
