ACF is an automation platform consisting of 2 major components: ACF agent deployed on managed servers and the ACF back-end (DB, batch processing and GUI – web applications).

The 3 major use cases of ACF are:

·  System Inventory: ACF agent collects various OS, DB, application and tools inventory data on managed server. Inventory data is then uploaded to ACF back-end, where it serves various purposes (reporting, presentation in GUI, data sync to other systems like CMDB, BI).
·  System Configuration: ACF agent can manage monitoring configuration and support scripts' configuration on managed server (configuration files, script schedules, etc.) according to pre-defined standards and best practices in each delivery organization.
·  System Sanity Checks: Performs complex health and consistency checks with respect to hardware platform, OS, DB, application and tools setup.

ACF agent is programmed in Perl and it supports all major operating systems (Windows, Linux, AIX, Solaris, HP-UX), various database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server, SAP ASE, SAP HANA and some others) and applications like SAP, Tomcat, Apache.

ACF back-end employs PL/SQL programs, Perl scripts and Bootstrap + AngularJS in the web applications.

As an ACF DevOps Developer you will:

·  Design & develop new automation features in all areas of ACF
·  Maintain the existing ACF solution and provide regular version updates and bug fixes for all components of ACF
·  Provide support to ACF users. In case of reported issues, troubleshoot and debug the existing solution
·  Act as a technical consultant for further ACF automation ideas
·  Be the primary owner of some ACF components

·  Technical experience with
·  Experience in design and development of high-quality IT-solutions
·  Knowledge and experience with a scripting language – at least one (Python, Perl, JavaScript, Unix shell, PHP, Ruby)
·  Knowledge and experience with SQL and Unix shell scripting (at least basics). Knowledge of PL/SQL is advantage
·  Knowledge of AngularJS is advantage
·  Knowledge and experience with statically-typed object-oriented programming language (Java, C#, C++) is advantage

Additional requirements:

·  Min. high school degree
·  Written and spoken English (B2)
·  Excellent analytical problem-solving skills
·  Ability to work in team efficiently
·  Experience in end-user support is advantage

We offer salary min. 2000 eur/ brutto (based on professional experience)
