Job Description

A senior Market Data specialist with excellent Trading, Application and Analytical knowledge in the Banking industry. Strong business analysis experience required with ability to communicate at all levels. Able to work as part of a Team, delivering demand challenge, plus comprehensive gap and data analysis to support cost saving and future planning. Working with the Business and Vendors, you will be required to identify trends and market developments and provide recommendations to meet strategic and cost saving objectives. Presenting work confidently in front of senior management and new and existing clients to support decision making and business growth. Financial services experience is essential for this role, with a key understanding of the complete procurement life cycle for products and services used in the Banking industry. In depth knowledge related to the contractual restrictions and product usage is key to the role.

Roles and Responsibilities

·  Provide clear cost transparency for the Business.
·  Undertake demand challenge for all requests.
·  Ensure the best and cheapest products are used.
·  Provide clear and transparent cost analysis.
·  Undertake regular self-certification initiatives.
·  Undertake Vendor displacement initiatives.
·  Provide least cost user profiling.
·  Ensure contract renewal processes are managed correctly.
·  Provide usage analysis for desktop and applications.
·  Identify and recommend customer process improvements.
