We seek a self-motivated, hard-working, enthusiastic Team Player to coordinate the KPI development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting throughout the Madison, WI site. This individual will need to possess good interpersonal skills, and have a strong understanding of metrics/KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Must be able to assist with the development of KPIs throughout the organization.
·  Must be able to assist teams with the implementation of their KPIs.
·  Must be able to monitor each Team’s progress towards the development and the updating of their KPIs.
·  Must be able to synthesize all KPIs into one, clear report for internal and external review.
·  Must be able to discuss the KPI Program with the DHS.
·  Must be able to instruct others about KPIs.
·  Must be able to develop KPI Process documentation.
·  Must be able to utilize LEAN/6-Sigma Tools for Process improvement.
·  Will engage in Special Projects for the QA Team, and possible other Teams.

Nice to Have:

·  ASQ (American Society for Quality) certification
·  Experience in Quality Auditing

Background:

·  Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) plus
·  At least 3 years of experience working with KPIs, ideally in a QA Environment.
