Role Description:

We are thrilled to introduce the position of Junior Support Engineer with German to people who find themselves ready for a new challenge.
 As the DXC Technology is growing to meet the needs of our clients, we are constantly seeking for people who are interested in becoming the next generation support specialists.

Currently, the team is forming an Academy, where you will be able to receive trainings and build up your skills in working with modern technologies  and other next generation tools. 

Upon joining the team, you will be able to join the academy and become the next Junior Support Engineer at DXC Technology!

Primary Responsibilities:

·  Maintaining and troubleshooting different solutions by being a part of our 24x7 support team 
·  Optimizing processes and delivering high quality of experience to customers
·  Being a reliable partner

Key Skills and experience required:

·  0-3 years of experience
·  Relevant higher education (e.g. IT, Computer science, Telecommunications, etc.)
·  Fluent German language
·  English language is considered advantage.
·  Fast learner that is able to overcome challenges in the fast changing tech world
·  Team player
·  Keen to collaborate with customers every day, helping them get the most from our services, solutions and processes
·  Analytical and problem solving type
·  Attentive to details
·  Well organized and self-driven person

Technical knowledge in one or more of the following fields is considered a strong advantage:

·  MS Windows Server and Active Directory administration
·  Network knowledge - addressing, routing, firewall, LAN/WAN
·  VoIP knowledge
·  Virtualization
