This role will be part of O&EE organisation. Successful candidate will be IT product technical writer.

Job Location: Newcastle, UK/ London , UK

Requirements:

·  Organize and write supporting documents for products
·  Use drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts to increase user’s and audience understanding of technical data
·  Can gather IT infrastructure and application product concepts quickly
·  Can Study product samples and talk with product designers and developers to extract key data required for training and documentation
·  Work with technical staff to make products easier to use and require fewer instructions
·  Able to select correct medium to deliver the appropriate message to the audience
·  Able to gather and organize feedback from customers, designers, and deployment teams
·  Able to reviews documents and hold change control processes as new issues arise
·  Able to work with a global development team
·  Able to review and innovate content development approaches and solutions
·  Able to provide training of produced documentation and solution set

Skill

·  Experience reviewing and collaboration on documentation in Github
·  Good Communication skills with Color, Font, and documentation skills
·  Use/Edit Skills in Visio, Powerpoint, Excel, Sharepoint
·  5 years IT experience preferably producing technical specification documents
