·  Awareness of IT infrastructure – e.g. Wintel, Midrange, Backup and Storage
·  Ability to work with an Agile Team, being able to be self-driven and looking for continuous improvements in both themselves and the workplace

·  Undertake Digital and Technical training to build your technical skillset on either a Wintel or Midrange development pathway
·  Incident Management, building towards Incident handling and resolution as your skillset grows
·  Work as part of an Agile Team
