The role of HR Software and Solution Presales will be part of Enterprise and Cloud Application team.
The responsabilities will be the following:
· Clearly demonstrate complex applications to diverse audiences, both in person and virtually
· Have a solid understanding of enterprise software and the benefits of the on-demand SaaS model, and of the integrated learning and talent management processes and best practices.
· Gather business and technical requirements and customize/develop presentations and demonstrations to highlight how and why our solutions would suit the customer better than alternative solutions or homegrown development
· Build solution designs, coordinate technical analysis, scope projects, create Statements of Work, defend proposals in front of clients
· Act as the primary technical interface on customer sales calls
· Assist sales managers in identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and closing sales opportunities
· Actively keep abreast of functional and technical issues relative to software solutions and industry
· Interface and coordinate efforts with team members from our consulting team to demonstrate and develop/configure project plans and proposals. (e.g. RFI & RFP), Contribute to the submission of RFXs and sales pitches
· Travel across EMEA may be needed from time to time.
The requirement are the following:
· Minimum of 5 years software solutions pre/technical sales experience, successfully supporting sales or execution of software solutions and projects
· Experience selling or implementing enterprise software, especially HR- and content-related software is a very strong advantage
· Aggressive, hard-working, persuasive, persistent, self-motivated, and productive
· Have the ability to multitask and have strong time management skills
· Able to work with teams and coordinate activities involving several participants
· Must be a self-starter who assumes responsibility, recognizes problems, provides well though-out solutions and takes initiatives to fix them
· Must have excellent communication skills and analytical skills and be comfortable in representing software and speaking to operational and technical executives alike.
· Demonstrated success in building customer relationships
· Experience with software automation tools and Microsoft Office
· English and Spanish language skills are mandatory. Additional European languages are an advantage.
