Summary:
Identify, attract, phone screen and recommend placement of candidates for all levels complying with company policy and equal employment opportunity (EEO) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines.
Essential Job Functions
· Screen candidates from both internal and external sources ensuring that recruiting practices comply with specific country policies and procedures.
· Develop applicant flow for key positions.
· Develop and implement sources for applicants using internet sourcing, employee referral programs, job fairs, trade fairs, etc.
· Maintain appropriate records and statistics and prepare reports as necessary.
Required qualifications
· 1-2 years of recruiting/employment screening experience is preferred
· Prior customer service/call center experience
· Screening/interviewing experience is preferred
· Excellent English communication skills are required
· Excellent typing skills are required
· Experience working with desktop tools, applications, and other resources that support the requirements of the position.
Other Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, industrial relations, liberal arts or related field; OR equivalent work experience
· Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with management and employees
· Strong comprehension skills for understanding needs and concerns and developing and applying solutions
· Organization and time management skills
· Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and goal targets
· Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality regarding employee information
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
