 Automation Engineer (RPA Developer) - 2 to 3 Years Experience

1. At least 2 years of software development experience but have some knowledge on RPA Tools (Advantage if they are in UiPath and Blue Prism)
2. Certification in any RPA tool is an added advantage
3. Proficiency with NET framework, ASP.NET, MVC, C# and web technologies
4. Independently developed software and able to explain the same as a project
5. My SQL, MS SQL and general SQL knowledge is an advantage
6. Working in cloud environment is an advantage
7. Have worked and contributed towards development, testing and support of software development project lifecycles.
8. Expertise in these methods like SCRUM, AGILE is an advantage
9. Delivered any necessary technical documentation
10. Participate in code reviews and code remediation
11. Perform and develop proper unit tests and automation
12. Perform additional duties as determined by business needs and as directed by management.
13. Good analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities.
14. Ability to track progress against assigned tasks.
15. Demonstrate the ability to present information effectively in communications
16. Ability and willing to learn new technologies and be productive in short time (in weeks)
17. Strong Verbal and Written Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

Lead RPA Automation Engineer / Senior Engineer 

Job Description

1. Overall experience should be 4 years and above
2. Expertise with NET framework, ASP.NET, MVC, C# and web technologies
3. Expertise in working with cloud environment is an advantage
4. Must have independently developed and implemented automated bots using any of the RPA tools (UIPath, Blue Prism Winautomation)
5. Must have done the RPA documentations (as per the discipline of RPA)
6. Adhere to the plan and committed delivery with respect to COST, Quality and timeline
7. Must be certified in any of the RPA Tools (UiPath, BP etc.,)
8. Expertise in RPA solution analysis, RPA design and best practices for RPA
9. Expertise in guiding RPA developers, RPA design and code review
10. Expertise in demo to customer and independently owned and involved in QA, UAT signoff with the customer
11. Expertise in validating and ensuring the required test data and successfully used methods to ensure good test coverage (test cases)
12. Ability to understand the business case from the requirement and also have the expertise on cascading the business case to the RPA developers
13. Knowledge of cognitive RPA development (AI, Machine Learning) is an added advantage
14. Must share the cases of working closely with the client business users, RPA Process SME or Analyst, RPA Architect and the RPA developers.
15. Ability to classify the complexity of the requirement form RPA perspective and provide rationale on the derived effort.
16. Must have the experience in RPA technical feasibility study
17. Must have a good understanding of RPA methodology, best practices and guidelines
18. Expertise in working in Agile development environment and methodology is an added advantage
19. Expected to have good communication particularly experience in working and communicating closely with Client Business Users

RPA Lead Engineer / Architect - 8 + Years experience
