DXC seeks a number of skilled Data Processing clerks to work in a busy cheque processing shared services Centre in Warrington

Role responsibilities:

·  Working a shift pattern, working between the hours of 18.00 - 22.00 hrs, although may be variable.
·  Processing cheque / pay in slip vouchers on behalf of a large banking client.
·  Scanning vouchers into the system, checking for completeness.
·  Data entry for additional information not picked up in the scan.
·  Inputting the amounts and verifying written information.
·  Ensuring balance are tallied correctly.
·  Refer dubious looking cases to the fraud dept.

Required Skills:

·  Flexibility will be needed in the role in order to undertake work in other departments as the need arises and all this will operate as part of a LEAN culture, which is fundamental to our business processes
·  Attention to detail is paramount
·  Literacy in common PC applications
·  Compliance to agreed processes
·  Good communication and reporting skills
·  Good data entry skills.
·  Methodical and meticulous.
