Position Summary
Responsible for timely and accurate processing of Medicaid Drug Rebate payments.
Location:
477 Viking Drive, Suite 310
Virginia Beach, VA 23452.
Essential Functions
· Duties and Responsibilities
· Accurately post and reconcile all drug rebate payments in PRIMS and Process Manager systems within expected time frame requirements of the contract and as instructed in Desk Level Procedures
· Maintain weekly deposit tracking spreadsheet and communicate correspondence status
· Identify, index, and post (correcting when necessary) old payments for historic periods
· Manage deposit spreadsheets and coversheets for all EFT payments sent by drug manufacturers
· Meets and retains all quality and production standards set by management.
· Interacts with customers both internal and external on a professional level to accomplish overall team and departmental goals
· Support departmental initiatives in improving overall efficiency
· Assists with special projects
· Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (List all knowledge, skills and abilities that are necessary to perform the job satisfactorily)
· PRIMS, Process Manager, SSRS Reports, Remote Desktop Connection
· MS Office Suite
· General knowledge of PC/Windows Operating Systems
· Experience working with and editing digital documents in software such as Adobe or Nitro
· Accuracy and efficiency
· Attention to detail
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· 10-Key proficiency
· Ability to multi-task, trouble shoot and prioritize all functions and responsibilities
· Maintain regular attendance based on agreed-upon schedule
· Maintain confidentiality and comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
· Ability to establish and maintain positive and collaborative work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers and customers
