Responsible for timely and accurate processing of Medicaid claim payments.

· Remote Desktop Connection
· MS Office Suite
· General knowledge of PC/Windows Operating Systems
· Experience working with and editing digital documents in software such as Adobe or Nitro
· Accuracy and efficiency
· Attention to detail
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· 10-Key proficiency
· Ability to multi-task, trouble shoot and prioritize all functions and responsibilities
· Maintain regular attendance based on agreed-upon schedule
· Maintain confidentiality and comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
· Ability to establish and maintain positive and collaborative work relationships with coworkers and client.
Qualifications
· Required Education
· High School Degree
· Required Experience
· 10 Key 10000 kph Proficient
· Medical Claims preferable
· Type 40 wpm Proficient
· Data Entry 3 years’ experience
