As a Customer Services Representative you will handle pre and post-application enquiries from multiple channels, whilst ensuring that all customer calls are handled in a professional and courteous manner in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will report directly to the Customer Services Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

·  Receive calls from multiple channels / sources within a seven-day shift pattern, apply product knowledge as trained to meet customer needs and listen effectively to establish exactly what the customer’s query or concern is.
·  Take ownership and responsibility for compliance with Client policies and Quality Assurance requirements.
·  Ensure objectives and compliance targets are met.
·  Strive to achieve excellent customer service at all times.
·  Develop a working knowledge of the computer system, both Customer Service front end and Customer Service workflow.
·  Be aware of call times and SLAs, and how these impact on the customer experience.
·  Ensure any ancillary targets as requested by the Client are achieved on a monthly basis.

Education and Experience Required:

·  High school education or equivalent. Up to 6 months of prior general experience, or equivalent college level education required.
