· Job Description:
As the trusted advisor for a key DXC client, you will create value by solving complex business problems and account managing to ensure success during digital transformation.
You’ll bring a consultative approach and become an expert for client satisfaction by building relationships with clients to create synergy between client needs and effective business solutions.
Your role will be critical to manage the ongoing strategic planning for a single complex account.
The Role:
· Act as the interface with appropriate parties to ensure that profit objectives are met
· Recommend methods to improve performance with regards to service level agreements, metrics and measurements, and business trends
· Interfaces with work teams to ensure budgetary and financial priorities and procedures are handled appropriately
· Act as the main contact point for our customer to ensure customer satisfaction with solutions, develop stronger on-going relationships, build new and broader relationships and identify additional opportunities
· Recommend transition and transformation methods and ensures implementation to enhance business operations
· Provides support for larger projects and facilitate the integration of business solutions to ensure that client needs are met
· Recommends technical, contractual, administrative and financial policies, procedures and goals are met to ensure adherence to agreed upon requirements
· Coordinates with appropriate parties to leverage resources and solutions to reduce costs and meet service level agreements
· Interfaces with work teams to ensure budgetary and financial priorities and procedures are handled appropriately

Skills and experience:
· A proven track record of strategic sales and overall account management at senior executive levels
· Experience selling both complex services in the Energy, Mining and Technology
· Has the drive to meet or exceed challenging sales targets
· Well-developed presentation and problem solving skills to help solve customer issues and position new ideas
· Persuaded and negotiated to create desired outcomes
· An innovative mindset to structure deals both technically and commercially
· Balanced multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment
· Proven track record as a sales leader including over-achievement of sales revenue goals, accurate pipeline and forecasting management, excellent account management skills, and a strong desire to ensure customer success
· Extensive experience in project management
· Experience working with company business practices, policies, and procedures
· Experience working with company products and service offerings
