The Virtualization Delivery Team is part of the Workplace and Mobility offering in DXC. It's dedicated to building solutions based on virtual platforms, rolling out and maintaining all kind of solutions based on said technology. Their involvement starts on the design phase of the projects, goes through its actual implementation, and ends with a support service once the solution is live.

Due to our expansion process in Asturias, Workplace team is looking for Citrix Engineers with experience administering virtual solutions based on Microsoft Windows. These professionals work within a team of Subject matter Experts on various international projects and have the opportunity to develop skills in a wide range of technologies (Citrix XenApp, Citrix Xendesktop, Airwatch, Netscaler, VMware Horizon...).

Essential job functions:

- Daily maintenance & health checks of our Windows, Citrix & Vmware platforms.
- Analyse and troubleshoot incidents occuring on Wintel platforms into the agreed SLA.
- Followup of installations triggered with App-V on the Citrix platforms.
- Respect of ITIL process.
- Respect of security guidelines of our customers and DXC.
- Keep internal documentation of Wintel platforms up to date.
- Open cases with HW of SW suppliers when required and follow-up of cases.
- Participate on "On call duty" 24/24, 7/7.

Qualifications:

-Fluency in English
- Citrix 6 & XenAppXenDesktop 7.x & VDI env.
- Microsoft Server 2008, 2012 & 2016.
- NetScaler.
- Active directory & GPOs.
- Vmware ESX 6.x.
- App-V principles.
- Powershell.
- Network & firewall : principles of TCP-IP, DHCP & DNS, switching, IP protocols, IP tools & troubleshooting.
- SAN & NAS storage.
