Essential Qualifications
· Assist with developing and executing the training plan; support the training process; and analyze, design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training and support materials
· Act as the primary Learning Management System (LMS) administrator, maintain and update configurations as needed, update the LMS content, generate reports and assist users as needed
· Make sure that training products are technically accurate and appropriately matched to the audience
· Use various types of media in developing and delivering training, such as audio, video, computer, and other print and non-print media to enhance training products and services as appropriate
· Compile evaluation and test information
· Participate in client walkthroughs to review draft training materials
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Three or more years of experience
