Process Improvement Specialist

Business Process Automation Expert

This position plays an integral role as part of our continuous strategy to optimize business processes, automate workflows, eliminate unnecessary manual steps through smart use of technology and process improvement initiatives. The ultimate goal is to enable our shared service professionals to work more effectively and ensure they have the best user experience possible.

What will you do ?

·  Build, test and deploy internal technical solutions, considering reusability, security, efficiency, quality, ease of implementation and user experience
·  Review existing solutions to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
·  Analyze processes and areas tagged by operational teams and propose technical solutions
·  Perform regular maintenance and fix any issues that are reported by users
·  Coach and provide support on Microsoft Office and related applications and VBA to ensure best practices are adopted within operational teams
·  Prepare and maintain documentation (code commentary, descriptions, training materials)

Are you the right person for this role? Apply if you have:

·  Previous Experience with Process Improvement or Business Process Automation ( ideally between 3 -6 years )
·  Solid understanding of procedural programming
·  Experience with VBA, SQL and basic database administration is required
·  Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and other Office 365 applications
·  Experience with RPA, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure and SAP is desired
·  Knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Lean and Sig Sigma is a plus
·  Ability to explain technical solutions and provide end user training to Finance and HR professionals
·  Analytical and problem-solving skills
·  Well-organized with a high level of initiative and self-motivation
·  Takes ownership of quality, accuracy and timeliness of deliverables
