Job Profile - Business Analyst

Job Location- Bangalore/Chennai

1. Expertise in working with Organizational growth programs resulting to cost savings

2.            Expertise and ability to understand, articulate the operational process in business verticals and analyze the relevant process data

3.            Expertise in understanding the Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and derive process definition documents that could serve as a automation requriedment document

4.            Expertise in working with the implementation team like application and automations

5.            Demonstrated the contribution to process improvements ( E.g., front office, back office , BPS process etc.,)

6.            Expertise in implementing metrics to measure process effectiveness

7.            Practiced and Led effectiveness programs (LSS VSM, 5S+ and Standard Work events, structured problem-solving events, Kaizen Events/RIEs/BPI’s)

8.            Has the capability of a SME on Lean tools

9.            Expertise in driving the process improvements through automations’

10.          Exhibit Strong Analytical skills

11.          Knowledge of Excel, Minitab, Power BI

12.          Knowledge of any RPA tool (Blue Prism, UIPath, Winautomation,  is an added advantage

13.          Overall experience should be 5 years and above
