Strong working experience of Administration of Windows 2008 and 2012 & 2016

- Administration, Migrations, Upgrades of Active Directory infrastructure on Windows Server 2008 and Server 2012R2, Group Policy, DNS

- VCP or equivalent: Experience and Familiar with VMware Virtualization technologies ( installing, configuring, administering, Created and managed VMs (virtual server) and also involved in the maintenance of the virtual servers).

- Experience with VMware vCloud Director, VRA, VROP, VRB

- Working knowledge on Hyper-V is desirable.

- Good understanding Cloud concepts

- Good knowledge of PowerShell and scripting is desirable.

- Experienced in OS patching using tools like IBM BigFix, Shavlik, WSUS etc.

- Server building/deployment.

- Good knowledge of Security and Hardening, Vulnerabilities and Closure of Vulnerabilities

- Understanding Cluster Concepts and Installing Failover Clustering, Network Load Balancing Clear concepts in DNS and DHCP

- Knowledge of Network fundamentals.

- Knowledge of HP Hardware, Blade Systems, Storage and virtual connects.

- Basic Knowledge and experience in Networking and Firewalls.

- ITIL v3 foundation or Equivalent knowledge.

- Operational experience in managing/maintaining complex environments within a managed service environment.

- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with specific focus on technical and operational documentation.

  Willingness and ability to teach and train others.

- Must be detailed in documenting information and practice good follow-through techniques
