In order to strengthen and grow our business in regional footprint, we are looking for an Associate Partner (m/f) in Germany with preference to be located in Munich, Rhein/Main area, Cologne/Düsseldorf or Hamburg, Germany.

Responsibilities:

·  Knows the strategic and transformational challenges facing our customers and uses his/her knowledge and consulting experience to draw up a digital business and IT strategy to solve them
·  Understands the strategic and transformational challenges digitalization puts on our customers and uses his/her knowledge and consulting experience to draw up a digital business strategy and transformation map to solve them
·  Monitors closely the respective areas of business / areas of specialization, anticipates changes in the market and translates this into market opportunities
·  Leads our clients in their digital transformation journey with specific focus on the digital business and IT strategy
·  Develops/localizes consulting offerings and adjusts them regularly as the needs and expectations of the customers and their environment change
·  Is instrumental in business development activities and build long-lasting, trustful relationships with customers
·  Supports to lead the teams to success and ensures the team members’ development thus creating employees’ loyalty
·  Coordinates, and supports in his role the project teams working with the customer
·  Represents DXC Technology consulting at clients and in the industry community

Requirements:

·  6-8 years of experience in the area of IT-strategy, business or management consulting
·  Relies on a combination of technical and business skills as well as deep industry or more general cross-industry experience to solve clients’ business problems
·  Demonstrates leadership and the ability to leverage company portfolio of products and services to successfully meet customer’s expectations and needs
·  Has an established network within Germany and is able to adapt DXCs global consulting offerings to regional specifics as well as to discover growth opportunities
·  Consulting project management experience is compulsory, line management experience is considered as an advantage
·  Excellent skills in analysis, presentation, communication and leadership of high performance teams as well as entrepreneur spirit and drive
·  Fluency in English and German is mandatory
·  Availability to regularly travel within Germany and NCE region
