Summary

Designs, develops, installs, tests and documents complex applications software, including server, client, and web components. Contributes to the design and delivery of technical architecture solution components. Provides work guidance to less experienced personnel. May provide technical consulting on complex projects.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

·  Certification in relevant technologies preferred
·  BA/BS/MS in Computer Science or related subject area

Job Description - API Developers (Java)

·  Experience in developing customer facing Scalable APIs, building Microservices, Significant understanding of Microservice patterns, concepts & its application in problem solving
·  Experience implementing API Service architecture using any of the market leading API Management tools such as Apigee and frameworks such as Spring Boot Experience building REST web services using Java, experience with Web Services(JSON, REST, JAX-RS, Spring based REST services)
·  Experience with Open API specification and design first approach, defining YAML specifications for API using Swagger hub
·  Hands on experience with Spring and Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security.
·  Exposure or prior working experience with Apache Camel, Talend is a plus
·  Experience delivering a Microservices based architecture leveraging APIs, containers(ECS) and automation
·  Knowledge of AWS or any cloud environment and experience building cloud native applications
·  Experience with development/DevOPs tools like Eclipse, Git, Sonar, Jenkins, Jira, Artifactory.
·  Experience with TDD and Junit
·  Experience implementing secured services, HTTPS, SSL, OAUTH etc..
·  Experience with messaging products is a plus, Websphere MQ, TIBCO EMS or any JMS Servers.
·  Prior experience on rules engines Drools(preferred) or Blaze or OpenL.
·  Preferred understanding and experience with Caching Technologies like Redis
·  Hands on experience on any of the development frameworks Angular.JS/Node.JS/React.JS with basic experience on JavaScript/Ajax, HTML & CSS for UI/ frontend application development
