Job description
We have an exciting opportunity to join our brand new fully refurbished Customer Service Centre- Radcliffe as a Customer Service Advisor.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of service to Dunelm's customers whether they choose to shop in store and online. You will be accountable for handling all types of contact and will take an ownership approach to dealing with all customers, in line with our people and core business principles.
Responsibilities will include:
- Take full responsibility for resolving customer queries, issues and complaints at first point contact without need for escalation or further investigation
- To manage all customer follow up activity in line with the business requirements and customer promises and to perform appropriate transactional activity on the relevant systems
- To deliver customer service in line with agreed quality and productivity standards and guidelines in the following areas, voice standards, email standards and letter standards
- Promote and maintain high standards of communication in line with Contact Centre standards for both verbal and written contacts
