Job description
The GTR Connectivity Specialist works with DTCC clients to onboard them for connectivity to utilize the GTR, Deriv/SERV, and Loan/SERV products. In addition, the specialist will troubleshoot connectivity issues (including data delivery), setup clients for data delivery, and tracking of any connectivity onboarding setup requests.
Principal Responsibilities:

Coordinate and implement the client connectivity onboarding process

Ensures completion of Infrastructure and security components required for connectivity: Router/Firewall, Protocol Installation (e.g., sFTP, NDM, MQ).

Troubleshoot connectivity and data delivery issues with clients

Interface with other DTCC teams as needed to resolve client connectivity and data delivery issues.

Review and respond to client queries that are addressed to the team.

Develop workflows and procedures for new products/services and technologies supported by CAPS

Ability to respond to inquires regarding file setups and other business or data related issues for all applications supported by the department.

Assist with rollouts of system enhancements for the tools we use to support clients.

Individual will need to be available and be able to support all business functions off hours and/or from home on an as needed basis.

The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 1pm-9pm
