DropitShopping is a revolutionary new shopping experience that enables shoppers to deposit their shopping bags and continue shopping in London hands-free! Dropit is looking for talented and passionate individuals to represent the brand as a Sales Assistant. Our sales associates will provide a unique selling experience, as well as create brand awareness for this fast developing brand.

Requirements

· Action oriented, sales driven and passionate

· Able to work in a team environment to ensure each customer receives the best service possible

· Great communication skills and enjoys interacting with people

· Prides themselves on presentation with an interest in fashion and retail

· Ability to demonstrate strong customer focused service

· Ability to build relationships with clients

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Displays a "customer is the priority" mindset at all times

· Be a brand ambassador

· Achieve weekly sales targets

· Treat all Dropit customers and employees with respect

· Promote a safe working environment and maximize the customer’s shopping experience.

· Uphold all company policies as outlined in the Policy and Procedure Guide.

· Share feedback from customers with leadership team to improve the overall customer experience.

· Demonstrate extensive knowledge about the brand and services provided

· Open availability and flexibility to work evenings and weekends
