CPC Training Administrator
Graduate job Bradford (West Yorkshire) Administration
Job description
Driver Hire Training is part of the Driver Hire Group of companies specialising in providing Driver CPC Training to the logistics sector. The Driver CPC qualification is a legal requirement for all commercial drivers. We have trained over 30,000 drivers since 2010 and we are continuing to develop our service provision.
As you would imagine with that volume of drivers, we require effective and efficient administration to ensure that all courses are organised and delivered correctly and to schedule.
A key part of the administrative role will be organisation. This will be necessary during tasks such as:
- Organising central courses;
- Ensuring all agreed timescales for delivery are met;
- Collating post-course paperwork to ensure it is in the correct order;
- Check all course details are entered correctly in to the system; and,
- Ensuring that all drivers are uploaded to the DSA database within 5 working days.
You will need to be responsible for reporting any non-conformities to the CPC Sales Account Manager immediately so a keen eye for detail is essential. Your role will also involve direct contact with customers to ensure that the service being provided is effective and efficient.
It is a process driven role but due to the fast pace, it may mean changing routines to get the job done and as such requires someone who can change their style to suit needs.
The ability to learn and use TAS [Training Administration System] is paramount to the role and so previous experience with databases is essential.
Attention to detail is critical to ensure that the correct information is input into the database and uploaded to JAUPT. The ability to learn and understand CPC requirements is key.
Customer service experience, particularly dealing with high volume queries and resolving problems, is a necessary requirement for the role.
Minimum educational requirements are 4 GCSES or equivalent at C or above including maths and English. Proficient use of databases and MS Office is also necessary.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join DH Training as it continues towards the aim of being the market leading provider of DCPC Training.
