Job Purpose
The role will provide dedicated support on all aspects of BD and marketing to the team
The BD Coordinator provides support for the firm’s offices, practice and industry groups, coordinating business development and marketing activities relating to deal/experience tracking and reporting, events, presentations, proposals, public relations and development of marketing collateral and other related activities.
Dimensions
The post holder will report to the BD Manager.
Principal Accountabilities/Tasks
Working with the relevant BDM & marketing team the BD coordinator will provide support to the full range of on-going business development and marketing activities. The post holder’s principal tasks will include:
Working with the BDM's to identify relevant clients
Working with BDM’s to populate lists of prospective client and actively engage with them
Maintaining existing relationships with key accounts & developing new ones.
Assisting with the development, administration and reporting on business development operating budgets.
Providing support for marketing team and proposals and other client-focused revenue growth opportunities
Monitoring the activity of local competitors and feeding the information into relevant BD&M team members
Working with the BD Event Coordinators to ensure the successful delivery of all events related to the agency
Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Technical skills/Qualifications
Educated to degree level
Preferably 1 years experience in a similar role, ideally within a professional services organisation. An understanding of the digital marketing & design environment is preferable.
Project management skills.
Competent use of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint and other software systems.

A Degree in Business/Sales related course
