You will be part of an initial intense training team specifically designed around attracting and securing suitable candidates within the heath sector with no client sales involved. You will then be teamed up with some of the industry's leading consultants to support your learning as you progress within your career.

With a recent degree and some experience of working in a target driven or sales environment you already have an interest in building relationships and are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Self-motivation and a desire to succeed are fundamental parts of your personality and success for you is as much about financial gain as personal achievement. Due to the fast paced and varied nature of the role you will have excellent time management and be highly organised.
