Start: Immediate
Salary: £10 to £11 per hour dependent on experience.
We are an established building maintenance company based in Bristol predominantly covering Bristol, Somerset and Gloucestershire. We provide highly effective maintenance solutions to a wide range of commercial companies.
Primarily supporting the Managing Director the main duties of this role will be to undertake a variety of administrative, clerical and managerial tasks.
Acting as his first point of contact other responsibilities will include:

answering telephone calls

taking messages
-
maintaining diaries
-
booking training courses
-
arranging appointments
-
typing/word processing
-
filing and archiving
-
organising meetings
-
using a variety of software packages
-
booking transport and accommodation
-
managing databases
-
implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
-
liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
-
preparing letters, presentations and reports
-
providing general support to our accounts team (as and when required).
Assisting debt management.
Temporary Invoices.
General Expenses.

Office & Kitchen Stock

Organising of Office Cleaning.

Uniform allocation and ordering.

Human resources administration.
Holiday Requests.
Sickness Records.

Qualifications and training required
Previous clerical, secretarial or commercial work experience is essential.
