In the framework of a new project for a Water Treatment Facilities in Phnom Penh (CAMBODIA), we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cost Controller to join our team

Under the supervision of the Cost Control Manager, The Cost Controller will be responsible for managing and overseeing the cost management processes of our construction projects. This role involves close collaboration with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate cost tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting

Missions and activities :

• Develop and maintain project budgets and cost control systems.


• Monitor and analyze project costs, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.


• Prepare regular financial reports, including cost forecasts and variance analysis.


• Collaborate with project managers to ensure cost-effective project execution.


• Conduct cost audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.


• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.


• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.


• Participate in project planning and risk assessment activities.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records


• Monthly cash flow report in coordination with Cost control Manager and Admin & Finance Manager


• Collect main quantities from QS and Construction department


• Establish internal progress report

Desired profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Cost Control, accouting, cash management)


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, audit, or accounting, preferably within the construction industry


• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
