The Graduate Management Scheme will be challenging, varied and ultimately very rewarding. Through placements and projects you will gain knowledge of our key business areas including Operations, Commercial, Technology, Finance, Engineering, Health and Safety and Project Management.

As a Graduate Management Trainee you will focus on the needs of our business which could include working with our customers, operations, financial analysis, account management, and project management.

You will be part of the UK Graduate Management Scheme but this also involves working with our European divisions, partners and customers and as such there are many exciting international projects and training opportunities which you could get involved in throughout your first 18 months.

THE REQUIREMENTS

To be suitable for the programme you will need to demonstrate achievement and knowledge in a relevant discipline (ideally a 2.1 degree in Business or closely related disciplines).
